- GS-09P-09-WN-C-0021
Located in Tecate, California; Spectrum was awarded the contract to fabricate and install removable bollards in the vehicle primary lanes at the Tecate LPOE. Work included but was not limited to all labor, Supervision, and Materials as needed to fabricate and install bollards in the primary inspection lanes. The project was successfully completed within the appropriate budget.

GS-09P-09-WN-C-0022 Located in Calexico, California; Spectrum was awarded the contract to install entry gates on primary inspection lanes #2 & #3 at the Calexico Downtown Border Station. Work included but was not limited to performing pre-site visit, develop shop drawings for approval, perform utility mark out prior to coring, install bollard fencing posts, and gates as needed to match existing gate. This project was successfully completed within the allotted time given by GSA and was within budget.
- GS-09P-09-WN-C-0029 Located in Otay Mesa, California; Spectrum was awarded the contract to purchase and install Security Mesh; remove shelves and install 9 gauge security mesh (1800-1900sf) on all walls, floors, and ceiling. Re-install shelving, and haul, dispose, and clean up any debris upon completion of the work. This project was successfully completed within the time and within budget.
- GS-09P-09-WN-C-0031 Located in Otay Mesa, California; Spectrum was awarded the contract to renovate the existing DHS/CBP Import Specialist office area. Existing furniture needed to be dismantled and reinstalled along with new communication tele/data at the first stage of the project. All material were required to match the building standards. The project required flexibility in work hours during different phases of the contract. Spectrum successfully completed the project.
- GS-09P-09-WN-C-0040 Located in San Diego, California; Spectrum was awarded this contract to repair undermined elevator shafts #10 & #12, which have had their shafts structurally modified in a manner which undermines the strength of the machine beam at the top of each shaft. Spectrum was required to provide labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to test sprayed-on fireproofing for asbestos, assist with the install of mock-up strut assembly, fabricate & install three strut assemblies as per SOW and drawings supplied. Spectrum was required to test and certify all welds on struts, fabricate and install custom fitted fire dampers at top of elevators 10 & 12, as per specifications to be approved by the GSA Structural Engineer. The contract was completed with little or no disturbance to the agency and general public, so we were required to work after hours and weekends to complete this project within the allotted time frame and within budget. All mechanical and electrical work was conformed to current code and industry standards.
- DE-AP65-09WN81641 Located in Folsom and Tracy, California; Spectrum was awarded the contract to repair Oil detentions/ retention structures (ORS/ODS) at these 2 site locations. Spectrum was to remove and recycle existing galvanized, corrugated metal pipe. Once completed the removal process of the current pipe Spectrum replaced it with equivalent diameter plastic piping. Once installed and secured, Spectrum then sealed the piping making it oil/water tight with proper oil/water resistant materials. All of the work was performed within budget and on schedule.
