Spectrum Services Group, Inc. (Spectrum), is a minority owned, SBA certified 8(a) and Hub-Zone small disadvantaged business. The company was incorporated in California in 1999 as a platform to provide value added services in the fields of environmental engineering, environmental remediation, design-build and construction management. Spectrum started providing professional support services in 2006 to the State of California under several State Contracts requiring staffing needs at multiple locations for Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, and has grown to include other service capabilities for commercial and federal clientele. Spectrum offers services in multiple disciplines based on the diverse experience of its key technical staff and executives.
